1. Sign Up for Service

To begin, complete our online application or visit our store to fill out the sign-up form. This helps us gather the essential details we need to personalize your service, such as your preferred delivery arrangements and payment method.

2. Set Up Your Pickup and Delivery Preferences

Once signed up, let us know how you’d like us to handle pickups and dropoffs. Whether it’s a garage code, a back porch, or even hanging your clothes directly in your closet, we tailor our service to your needs. Just tell us what works best for you – we’re happy to customize!

3. Prepare Your Items for Pickup

Place your laundry and dry cleaning items in a bag or basket. You’re welcome to include an itemized list if you’d like to double-check everything we pick up. If not, no worries – our team will keep track and notify you of any discrepancies before we start cleaning.

4. Confirm Your Delivery Schedule

Our drivers typically visit customers twice a week, following a Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedule, depending on your location. Need an item back by a specific day? Just let us know when you schedule your pickup, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. Choose Your Payment Option

Pick the payment method that works best for you:

Monthly Statement: We email you a statement at the end of each month. Once you receive it, you simply send in your payment by check. Your account is backed by a secure credit card on file.
Credit Card Auto Payment: We charge your card on the 1st and 15th of each month – perfect for anyone who prefers a hands-off approach.
