Can you handle delicate fabrics and beadwork?

Do I have to bring in my dress, or can you pick it up?

All dresses must come to the store. We do not want to chance someone stealing a wedding gown from someone’s front porch. We do not offer pickup or delivery service.

How long does preservation take?

The process typically takes 2-3 months. Dresses done in-house can take up to 2 weeks. We tell them at drop-off so you know when to expect your dress.

Is the preservation box really necessary?

Yes. An acid-free, archival box is the best way to prevent yellowing, fading, and fabric damage. It keeps your dress safe from light and humidity for decades.
